Packing

Packing in bags or pressed into bales

When the goods have gone through all steps of the sorting process, they are ready to be packed. Depending on the quality, this occurs in plastic bags, packing bags or the textiles are pressed into bales.

The plastic bags and packing bags are closed in the production building and are placed in storage. The bales are pressed in a separate building. Marbo has 2 presses for small bales and 1 press for large bales.

After the bale or bag has been made, it is labeled with a barcode and scanned so it is automatically registered in the storage system. The packing also states the article code, the weight and sometimes the customer’s name.
